3) At the time of Dissolving of Reliance Industries Limited Share certificates were alloted in the name of Anuradha R Dandekar by the company. They are Missing at my end. Share certificates issued in 2006 in the name of Anuradha R Dandekar are missing at my end.
5) Holding Bonus share certificates in the name of Anuradha Sanjiv Deshpande (Folio No 004184581).
I want to obtain original share certificates issued at the time of dissolving of Reliance Industries Limited which are missing at my end.
Else issue new share certificates in the name of Anuradha Sanjiv Deshpande, since the name have already changed to Anuradha Sanjiv Deshpande.
