Non-receipt of digital Payment Receipt

Dear Sir,

I did Online premium payment for my LIC policies on 26/Aug for our policy no. 523153049 of Rs.4746/-

Online premium payment receipt not refleted yet. I did not receive any receipt/digital e-receipt against the above premium. I am already lodged a complaint of this related issue, but without any satisfying result the complain is closed by the customer support.

Please help what i can do.
