I had taken this policy in Feb. And i have paied the premium amount 35000 on 04-Feb. Till date i have not received the policy documents. Its been more then 6 monts since i have been communicating with Max customer Care and Max office here in Hyderabad. I have been receiving all the bills regarding the policy paymet to my house address. But i am not receiving policy documents. When ever i make a call to the customer care or Max offices i would be receiving one sms stating that my policy pack has been return to the Delhi office...
Can any body suggest me wt to do on this...
WHAT the HELL they are doing i dont understand...
