This is with reference to an agency which provides housemaids, cooks, patient care etc. The agency is 'Lilam Enterprises'.

I called the agency to get help for my grandfather who is hospitalized. They promised to send governess (patient care) within 24 hours. I had to pay the entire amount (2000 rs.) upfront for the service. Their agent came before time to collect the amount. However, now its been more than 48 hours and I havent heard anything from them yet. After repeated calls to them, they keep making false promises. Later when I surfed on net, I realised that I am not the only one to be duped by them. There have been several other cases.
Today when there was an urgent need for help in hospital, I was struggling all alone. I really wish someone takes action against them and ensure that no more innocent people in real need are made to go through this.
I was in touch with a lady called, Bharti, in the office.
I must also mention that after repeated calls, they sent a guy who was more of a local goonda than someone who could take care of patient. I understand that they have been indulging into securing minor girls and supplying for domestic help.
Its high time action is taken against them.
