This is in regards to the agency named Lilam Enterprises (Reg No 25349/ Professional Tax No 1/1/3210/1089)
The background of this agency is as follows
1) They cater to the people by offering maids for all services needed (age 16 onwards)
2) They take cash from customer Rs 7000 for the period of one year where they are supposed to provide service through out the entire year.
3) They have collected money from me in the month of December and provided just one maid who left within a month. As per their agreement, they are to provide manpower till 1 yr irrespective of whether the maid has left, been thrown out or on some vacation etc.
4) Since then i have been trying to contact them for sending another maid and they have failed to do so.
5) They just assure that someone would come and contact but no one turns up.
Already 3 months or more have passed like this and I'm sure that they do this with several other customers just to generate money out of the clients and later on not provide service.
Special complaint about Ms Pooja who operates out of their office, she is found to be extremely arrogant and casual and laid back about the whole thing. I have called her almost 50 or more tI'mes during this course and every tI'me the reply is that she will call me back or send someone, but till date no one has turned up. I called up and asked about their concerned person or the boss and i was given a number which was not operational
I intend to have my money back if they are not keen on providing adequate service to the customers. They have no right to take such huge advances from the customers and not provide service.
