Limca 500 ml bottle
Refusal to sell at MRP

Dear Sirs,

Today i.e.8th August at about 1:45 p.m. I visited Oye Punjabi outlet at B/8-9, Shopping complex, Opp G.D. Goenka Public School, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 70. I asked for a 500 ml limca bottle, for which the shopkeeper asked me to pay Rs.30/-. I insisted that he should charge only the MRP. However he denied to sell me the bottle. I also asked him to provide me a bill in case he is charging Rs.30/-, he denied. Inspite of repeated asking he refused to sell the 500 ml limca bottle for nothing less than Rs 30/-. I told him that I would be lodging a consumer complaint against him. He said "go and do whatever you want". On asking his name he gave the name of the owner "Sunil Ahluwalia". He would not allow me to talk to him too saying that he was in Shimla at that time.

I would really appreciate it if this matter is taken up.
