I hav purchasced abattert6 of luminious by bala ji communication diomaond road near P.W.D office rampur u.p by ankit kumar dusttruibuter dated 10-01-*08 after many request he gave me olkd watrrenty card by mentioing anothe4r5 mgf. code on card and back dated cash memo of less amount to save vathe cutted printed code from card and mention another code while now tecntion told me that ur battery code is different from the warrenty card and he direted to bala ji comm. to chang new battery bedcause battery is not working from begnig and i have many compliants to distri. he said ur inverter is not o.k and adviced to purchase new invertar i purchased new luminious invertar dated 20-04-08 but prob. is still, he mis behaved withe me i have also enrrole a complaint at H.O of luminous on phone n, 011-60007878 with compliant no. DL 5066 dated 12-06-08, but no response i have clled hinm no .of times but no result i have date wise phone calls details im also using that old battery one another thing is that on his advise i charged my battery till 20 days but after a week gravity was nill, so he sold me old battery, facing prob since las6t 5 months now i m trying to file F.I.R AGAINST HIM under sec. 420 and other I.P.C
