1. I went from Delhi to Jammu Tawi on 01 Jun 09 by Shalimar Express (4645) in 3AC along with my family members.
2. The linen provided in the AC Coaches were used & dirty. I complained the same to the men on charge of the beddings. He instead told that we have been issued with only 200 -250 bedsheet for the whole journey of the train. He has got nothing to do with that. I made my self adjusted with the situation and kept quite, as I have boarded in bettwen the journey (Delhi), as the train is bound from Jaiselmer to Jammu Tawi. On 09 Jun 09, I was returning from Jammu Tawi by same Shalimar Express (4646). At night, when linen were issued to all the passenger in the AC Coach I found that only one bedshet was issued to each reserved passenger and that too not cleaned properly.
3. In view of the the above fact, I appeal to the concerned railway authorities to look into the matter and do the needful for better service during the journey for the passengers.
