I have given 500 rs to idea cellular (Live Wire Call Center Services Pvt. Ltd. recipt no.533) to convert my pre-paid sim card to post paid on 21-4. But till yet there is no response and the sim is not working too. when i call them they cut my call and there is no status report from them. And the person who come to collect the money is ROHIT employee of live wire call center service pvt. ltd.
