Non Payment of amount on account of FDR No. 0398000698/1 dated 28.02.2008
I had FD with Lloyd Finance Limited, Delhi for Rs.10, 000/- maturity date being 01.03.1999. On request vide my letter they had paid only Rs.6000/- and was informed that the balance amount plus interest due to me will be paid to me as soon as possible.
It is regretted that the said amount of Rs.4000/- plus interest has not been paid to me inspite of best efforts through reminders and personal visit to their office.
I am suffering from Parkinson decease since 2002 and therefore is unable to peruse the case.
The company may kindly be directed to pay back me the above said principal amount alongwith upto date interest
