With reference to the above subject, i am surprised to see my credit card statement for the month of Apri;2009 and MAy'2009 in that you have levied excess intrest amount fo Rs. 884.90 and 641.43 respectively.

Where iam paying regularly your EMI amount and interest. Apart from the monthly EMI interest you have debited extra intrest for the monmth of April and MAy'2009 statement for Rs..884.90 and 641.43.

Now iam requesting you to kindly reverse the excess intrest debited from my account for the month April'2009 and May'2009. I am one of your valued customer since 15 years.

Kindly consider my request as i am paying lot of interest your bank every month.
