Inferior service and quality about cable telecast

Respected Sir/ Madam!!

We have taken 3 connections of cable tv from our local cable operator. But we never get a good service and good picture of any channel. Despite of our numerous complaints to cable operator, nobody is rectifying the problem. I want to lodge a complaint against cable operator in consumer forum.

Please help us and enlight the procedure for complaing against cable operator.
