Directly or Indirectly forcing people to take the gas Stove

Hi,

I am a custmor, in need of new Indian gas connection, When i went to the near by agency (M/s SHREE CHELLA AGENCIES, 4, MUTHALAMMAN KOIL STREET, SELAIYUR, CHENNAI) along with my all the documents, I have to wait for 5 hours to get the connection from 1pm - 5.30pm, they work for new connection in this time. Staff working there is very arrogant in speaking, the worst thing, I saw is they are directly or indirectly forcing people to take the gas Stove from them, if customer deny to take or did not show any response for taking Stove, he is been rejected or delayed for giving the connection, in terms of incomplete document or invalid document. People those who are agreed to take stove are getting connections immeditely even without checking the documents. one of my friend is running behind them from 7 days, still he did not got the connection. We are facing lot of problems due to this.

We request you to please look into this issues as soon as possible, before things get uncontrolable.
