I have purchased a bpl sim on 07.11.08 and submitt documents to the retailer. After 7days my phone calls were banned and informed me that documents not recd. when I approach to retailer they said already submitted documents to bpl gallery. and more than 25 persons are having problem like me. After then again I re-submitt my documents to andheri BPL gallery. But till date my phone is not activated. I met many BPL new users having same problem. why bpl is providing sim card to retailers when the documents are lost like this. till time I have used vodafone and airtel services but never have a problem due to documents. why retailer misplaced only BPL documents and no other documents from any other service provider. can any BPL executives contact me and rectfy these problems that why their papers are not reach on time or not updated in systems. what is the use of taking money from customers when they are failed to provide a better service. I am very very very very upset with this type of service provider. I never face problems with other service providers.
