Pan card not received

I received the massage form the authorities on 14 Nov.

the massage contained :

" pan alloted to you is AADFL2134K. PAN Card will be dispatched shortly. sms pan 060410100136503 to 53030 or visit www.tin-nsdl.com to check futher status".

so far am not received my pan card, kindly dispatch the same as early as possible
