Sir,
I am a resident of Navi Mumbai. There is a very serious issue I want you to know. Basically, I am using Loop Mobile Postpaid Card for my mobile. I regularly pay my phone bills. Now, it was since last 3 months that the network availibilty of Loop mobile is very less. Also, the customer care always saying (since last 6 months) that their System is on upgradation please call after 1 Hour.
I got very frustrated because there were huge losses in my Business i had because of them.
However, then I went to loop Mobile Gallery in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai and told them My problem. However, they said me to come later as it was their Break. After 1 hr, they said the manager is on Leave please come after 4 Days. I asked them for a feedback form, they said "Why do you want it? " and to their question, I replied that "Because I want to share my Experience "... However after that they said "We dont have Feed Back form". I was very much embarrased and dont know what to do now. Then, I asked that person's name and He said "Why, what you want to do with my name?? " (in a laughing tone)
Now help me out...
