Non- aceptance of cheque for payment of bill

Sir,

i am at loss now just beacuse the staff at noida (atta market branch) do not entertain our cheque just because we don't maintain cheque in the name of lorshya hotel but in name of our manager in his capacity. we are bound to make deposit of Rs 66631 on 30/11 in cash. now the auditor in our hotel disallow such payment u/s 40A (3) for payment exceding rs 20000/- . even the bill is not received at our premises and when we go to apply for duplicate bill they make annoying face and remarks.

it is also to be noted that it has been once that our cheque has been dishonoured and they are reluctant to accept our cheque. plz suggest something as making damand draft is time consuming and generally not possible everytime.
