I have bought HP products for the past 20 years and have even signed off on HP Reliability on JV's with my bank. But I know this for a fact, that I would in future discourage all my friends, clients and others from buying any product from you.
You are totally unworhty of the trust placed in you.
I have been without your service for the past 7 days and your call centre says it will take another ten days. There was something wrong with my panel and they dont have the part nor were they able to get me a spare monitor. As a consequence I was unable to do any trades on the nyse and tse in this moment of crisis.
What suprises me most is that in all of mumbai, a city of 18 million.you were unable to get me a spare monitor and I have to wait for 18 days. What if I were running a huge business on your tecnology. I am a business consultant and you can be rest assured I will stay as far as possible from your company, which was known for its reliability. Your pathetic business practice has really disappointed me. In fact my son's school just equipped all their children with HP lap tops costing about $2000.00 each. I will write and tell him about my experience.
