The thing is that i have won 1000000 pounds in a lottery and i have even offered to share half of my wining with someone who can bring the money over to me in india one guy agreed to come and give me the money he came to Delhi but is asking me 40 thousand rupees for clearance this is bull shit he should just take the money form the winning and use it to for the clearance and bring the money to kolkata
