Shoes damaged problem in shoes material

I have purchased a new pair of Lotto Shoes for Spencer's retail Limited Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. After one month the whole shoe has been broken. The material used by the company was not upto mark.

I tried to change the pair of shoe form spancer's Retail Limited but havn't given any possitive response.
