This is with reference to a project project titled 'Lotus Boulevard' which is coming up on Noida Expressway. The project is from 3C company - their first residential project.
The company empanaled some reputed property portal companies as their dealers. The dealers advertised in the newspaper that the rate is Rs.2825 psf and that the sample flat is ready. We visited the site twice (on consecutive weekends) to see the sample flat but once it wasn't ready and the second time the company did not open it for customers by that time. The day the site was opened for public, we went to see the sample flat and then directly went to the company's office for booking but they refused to accept bookings at Rs.2825 psf. They started quoting Rs. 2925 psf.
Further, the company revised it layout plans several times over - the changes being as significant as changing the no. of towers, no. of floors on the tower as well as the size of the accomodations on the same. This has caused immense confusion. This communication about the changes is flowing from their strategic partners who are working as their sales agents. However, there has been no advertisement about the price change.
A detailed discussion with the company officials was of no help either. Pls advise.
