Re:- Replacement of Nokia 6275
We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased (in july) the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The internal antena of the set was not working properly thereby consuming lot of battery. Since we have purchased from your dealer i approach them. They had send the phone to nokia care at vapi. After one week no response from them. I approached them again today and they say they will send to me back phone as it is. I wanted to replace the set with a new hand set. I expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
