Unable to backup my sms

I have Nokia 3105 CDMA, Nokia 2865 CDMA, Nokia 6275 CDMA. I brought one new nokia 6275 CDMA mobile and i used reliance subscriber in this.. but my message box is full (only 100) messages only in phone memory. and not able to store messages in memory card or unable to copy messages from Phone by using PC suite... then why this unwanted phone . dont but any one very very waste mobile all Nokia CDMA mobiles (Nokia 3105 CDMA, Nokia 2865 CDMA, Nokia 6275 CDMA)...
