I am a 70 yrs old retired doctor staying alone at Mysore for the past 3 yrs. My nearest Indane gas supply company is Lotus Indane Gas Distributors, at Metagalli Circle, Mysore 18; distributor code - 1983734; District code -401, Destination code 092399.
They have repeatedly delayed supplying Gas Cylinder to my residence saying it is too far. I have even agreed to their request that I have to pay Delivery charges to cover the expenses and have paid it last time. This time it is one week since I booked and today on my second telephonic request they answered that it will be supplied today. Though I told them that I am willing to pay the extra transport charges, they have not supplied. I have earlier talked to the Propritrix Mrs Seema Tanvir and made a special request; but nowadays she does not accept my calls also.
I am willing bto pay any reasonable extra money for delivery, provided it is done smoothly and promptly on the promised day - usually 3-5 days and without this indirect harassment.
Having served the public as a Honorary Surgeon (giving free service to public) at Chennai for over 35 years I find this kind of poor service very irritating aned disturbing my peaceful retirement.
