NO DETAIL ON GUARANTEE CARD

Dear sir/madam,

I got Louis watch through my friend's Citi bank credit card offer from AVA Merchandising Company of New Delhi on April. I am also having international guarantee card of 1 year for this wrist watch. That card does not contain any serial no. of watch, date of sale and service center.and also it does not have any email id or website or any contact number. I think it is better not to buy anything through this type of offer. I am putting this complaint for other people awareness.

Please give me suggestion, what should I do now.
