The louis Quartz product code o001 (AVA Merchandising) received by me is a duplicate product.
There is no serial no. or a warranty card available for the same.
Brief: Had received a Sodexo gift voucher of Rs1000. There was scratch & win offer from AVA Merchandising in the same. The louis Quartz as mentioned in the scratch card was ordered by me in last week of October after paying Rs 500 from credit card as delivery charges. After several follow up I had received the watch almost after three months.
Post receiving the product didn't seem to be worth of Rs3900 as mentioned in the voucher.
There is still follow up being done with AVA for serial no & warranty card but there seems to be no response from them.
Also after seeing several complaints of the same product, I feel the product to be a duplicate one.
There has been financial loss in ordering the product & mental stress for following up with AVA to receive the product.
Request you to kindly look into the issue. Also please suggest how should I take up the matter.
