This is my humble request to clear my PF amount from LOVELOCK & LEWES SERVICES PVT. LTD.
I have deposited my PF Claim against my PF No. KN/23372/9957 on dated 24th March’2009 at L&L Services Pvt Ltd. G-6/B1, IInd Floor, Mohan Co-operative Industrial Estate, Mathura Road, New Delhi-44. but still I have not received my claim.
Please help me as a special case and forward my claim to my bank a/c details has already been filled up in given form. I have already visited above mention address 4 to 5 times but as per EPF India Internet site shows that no claim form receive as yet.
