Dear Sir,
My wife had registered the gas on 6th Sept 08 by personally visiting the office since none of the phones were working.(Consumer No.608288 and booking No.792) with a specific request to deliver it on next Saturday I.e.13th sept.08 and the booking person had agreed for the same, he also had made a note of it and had given the cell number to my wife to remind about it on Saturday itself. (Cell No.9372427473)
Accordingly my wife had called him about the reminder and he had promised to deliver it on 13th afternoon after 2.00pm.
Till 4.00pm since the gas cylinder was not delivered she'd called him up, he said that the gad cylinder will be delivered on Sunday.
Accordingly we had given him the call on the same number at 9.30 today & it was assured to us that the gas will be delivered today itself. After waiting for the entire day, the gas did not come & I had called up on the same number surprisingly the manager there informed me that he is listening to my name & requirement of the gas for the first time & that he will send it tomorrow morning at 11.00am. I informed him that I want it on Saturday only ads both of us are working & there is no one at home for taking the delivery. We are really finding it a nightmare of receiving the cylinder without any trouble.
I am really pissed off due to the services of this dealer & have personally written you previously and I was assured about improvements but these assurances have remained only at papers, NOTHING IN GROUND REALITY HAS CHANGED. If you take the opinion poll from the consumers in this area you'll come to know the service levels are really pathetic, as the result as the product owner your name & reputation is at stake. Even the black marketing is at its peak in this area. Can you pl let me know if I have to escalate the matter further internally, whom should I approach? Looks like the agency is not taking any steps & even you are not taking the cognizance of our complaints seriously.
Request you to warn the agency dealer seriously about providing the services as per your standards.
