Dear sir,
I am a consumer of Bharat Gas under M/s Jai Mata Di Gas Agency, Bharaopar, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda and my Consumer No. is 11052. I had booked for refill on 09/12 but till date on 29/12 I have not received my refill cylinder. They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me and my older parents and i am working also how to maintain? Every month I am facing this bad situation.
It is requested to kindly take a necessary action against this agency.
