Pan card
Change of date of birth

Sir/Mam;

I am NARCHEZYIAN.R

Few month i applied and get my PAN Card (ALRPN5018M) this my PAN number. My Date of Birth is (04-01-1989) but in my card it is wrongly printed as (04-09-1989). How am i suppose to my Date of Birth. Please for this complain to concern department and take necessary action. And do the needful as quickly as possible.
