Sir, I have booked my gas on 15/12, but till the date I have not received the cylinder, I personally complained to Dubey Gas Agency, Agra but not fruitful. My connection No is 17384. Kindly also let me know the rules of (duration of delivery and booking the cylinder). Kindly look into the matter.
