Delay in supply

I had booked a cylinder with "VISRUTHI GAS SERVICE", FEROKE, CALICUT, KERALA on 18-12.

But the supply is not given even after 29.01.2009.My consumer no is 6169. I phoned the agency many times. But they used to say that the supply will be given today or tomorrow. I'm tired of hearing these insincere words.
