My consumer no: is 3365 with Chitra Bharat Gas Services, No: 21 Bharathiyar Road, Karaikal-609 602Pondicherry (UT). The agency do not practice the deivery as per the booking date and every month I need to go and request for the delivery. Besides the agency refuses to give the complaint register.
It is requested that suitable action may be taken against the agency.
