Subject- Redemption of 6.60% tax Free ARS Bonds

Sir,

I am the holder of the following ARS Bonds:-

1.Investor ID No.: 243966779, Bond certificate No. 50058620, No. of bonds: 433, Total face value: Rs. 43300/-, Date of allotment: 1 April Date of maturity: 1 April.

2.Investor ID No.: 243967236, Bond certificate No. 50058727, No. of bonds: 508, Total face value: Rs. 50800/-, Date of allotment: 1 April Date of maturity: 1 April.

After the maturity date I presumed that the maturity amount will be send to me by DD on my favor or will be deposited in my Axis bank Satna M.P. Account no. 202010100002066 as it was being done regularly for sending the half yearly interest. I didn’t get either the DD or the amount transferred to my bank account. I was also never informed that what I am to do with the bond certificates issued to me. Please either send me the maturity amounts to your earliest to avoid loss of interest to me or inform immediately if I am to surrender the bond certificates to your office or some authorized agent at Satna itself.
