I have done my cylinder booking on 18th Dec (Name: Nirmal Daga; connection ID: 38769)

Still I have not received the cylinder.

Every time we ask them (personally or by phone), then they say this will reach at your home by tomorrow.

We don't know when their tomorrow comes.
