The web site for booking of gas cylinders by internet is inoperative for nearly a month now. The vendor does not lift the phone or else he removes the receiver from the hanger and it always gives busy tone. On visiting the vendor he refuses to book saying that he would book the cylinder only after 21 days of the last delivery of cylinder. This is against the reportedly laid downrule.
