Delay in delievery

Sir,

I had booked my refil on 16/01 and my Refill Booking is 293564 under HP GAS (CHAUHAN GAS SERVICE) Till date i am not getting the cylinder. Due to continous followup with the gas agency they are saying that you will get in four days from the booking date but this is to bring to your kind notice that its more than 13 days. Due to this we are facing lot of problem

Kindly take some action... or instruct them to deliver at the earliest
