Transfer of connection to other agency without information

I recieve my cylinder from agency dealer named " dayal gar agency, agra". But now they are saying that my agency has been changed/transferred to "radhika gas agency, agra" and they are disturbing for paper work unnecessarily and not supplying lpg cylinder.
