It takes two and half hours to take the delivery of gas cylinder after going three times regularly for three days. Owner every time changing the rules to create problems to the customer and try to hamper the supply. When we asked for the complain register strictly he denied for it and he told me that you complain anywhere you like I am not afraid of any body. He very badly misbehaved with me.
I want to surrender my connection because of his misbehave. He is threatening us that I will not give gas that will create problem for you and I will not take the connection back that will not allow you to take connection from other dealer. He is owning two agencies "SUMIT ENTERPRISES SHOP NO. 188, MAIN MARKET SEC. - 7, FARIDABAD " and "GOD GIFT GAS AGENCIES CHAWALA COLONY BALLABGARH ", He refered us to "GOD GIFT GAS AGENCY" which belongs to his son who is creating more problems to the customers.
