I have booked my 2 cylinders on 15 nov for consumer ids : 13745 & 1616.After several unsuccessful attempts, finally when I contacted them on 23rd Dec, they said that the delivery man had come 2 my residence on 3rdDec, but i wasn't home, which is totally false. I was at home with other members as well. On requesting them to deliver them again, they refused and asked me to refill my cylinders at their point. If I want a home delivery Why I shouldn't get one even at a higher price with delivery charges added to their benefit.
