Many times observed that at Petrol Pump in Lulla Nagar (Ishwar Service Station), whenever we ask them to fill petrol, while filling, they will come up with many questions like PUC, which petrol u want to fill etc. to distract customers concentration from the meter. Always I am losing Rs.100/- petrol as the meter jump from 0 to 100 in a flashing speed and when asked the reply is due to pressue. May take some action against such theft. Many other petrol pumps use the same techniques.
