i am from cuttack (orissa) using HPgas since long (consumer no. 1460) supplied to me by M/S Kalinga Gas.

but I was astonished when i found a cylinder taken delivery few days back weighing 4 kg. less.

i have kept the cylinder untouched for anyones verification.

what should i do now?
