It is inform you that I had booked 4 tickets through online panel of www.maavaishnodevi.org by my HDFC account on 5th-december. But due to transaction failure, my ticket could not book but Rs. 4354.67/- was debited from my account. Thereafter, I talked and mailed with the officials and they accepted that transaction was failed and assured me that you would get your demand draft very soon but unfortunately, I have not got any demand draft yet. More than one month has been passed. I regularly make a conversation, telephonically. But I am not getting proper response.
Therefore, I requested you to please look into the matter personally and solve it at the earliest.
