I have made many complaints to the incharge for refund of fees iam unable to do the lpo course for which full fees has been paid by me i requeted due to circumstances beyond my control

there hsould be provision for refund of fees

this is a very unprofessional manner of holding back fees

iam unable to do the course as pointed out several times

please help in getting me the refund
