The Complaint is against an Interior Designe Company that promises of Good Product and Service but gives the customers Horrible Service and abuses the customers for not paying since the service was incomplete. He would say he is a full fledged interior design company, but he runs the show from his home.
This man L.P.Samy is a total cheat, charges the market rate but provides us with Substandard Products, I was so cool and calm in extracting work out these guys. They fixed doors for which I paid around Rs.6500 per door, we had so much of problems with the doors, 1. doors were not aligned properly, 2.almost all the doors had bent in them, 3.they were not locking properly, 4. door handles were substandard and they came off on certain doors, 5.the biggest joke was all doors would fall from its attachment on the wall and start rubbing the floors, he would say the problem is with the nails, but the real issue was he used pretty much substandard products in almost everything and they created a huge issue for me. I did partitions and cabins for the office. Normally when a closed cabin is built, someone is would expect the noise not to go out of the walls, but here the biggest comedy was whatever I would talk sitting inside my cabin, everyone can hear that on the other rooms. He just used a single layer of POP sheet to build the walls and said thats how everybody does... Then whats the user of building a Cabin???...I run an IT company and have see many other IT companies across the city and around the world. Never seen anything like this... After trusting that this man L.P.Samy would give me me a proper service and quality product I'm completely disappointed with the treatment... Besides doing such a poor quality work and service he inturn abused my staffs on phone for not getting the pending payment of 65 thousand rupees, he was paid Rs.3.2 lacs even before completely finishing the work, and for the balance payment we said would be delivered only after completing all touchup and all small small pending issues, almost all items were done, the entrance door that was in glass was never done until I called somebody else and did after continuously calling him for 4 long months... If he cannot provide me with a quality work and product for the money agreed, he should have said that even before commencing the work. We are completely disappointed and disgusted with L.P. Samy Interior and would never recommend this to any other companies and people.
