Luminous 1400 VA Inverter's Power on switch in not working

I purchased a 1400 VA luminous Inverter in November. Now te Power on switch of the Inverter is not working so I am unable to use the Inverter. The dealer as well as company persons not responding. The service is very pathetic. Can someone help me to get the unit replaced? I shall be very thankful for this help.
