Complaint Details: Date of Purchase - 18.05.2008 Bill No.DE/11994/08-09 (Luminous 800VA Inverter
Ups and Luminous Battery 1600 with 24months warranty.
The product failed to work on 30.04.2009. I informed the company as well
as the dealer. The dealer refused to help, the companygave the time of 24
to 48 hrs.but the electrician of the company reached after 4days after
reminding frequantely. The electrician tride to repair the product. Till
16.05.2009 I noted that the product was not working properly. Informed the
service center immediately. They gave the time again for 24 to 48 hrs but the engeneer came after 4 days. He changed the faulty part. The product remained fail when the electric suply faild for two hours. I further informed the company but now they did not take the complaint this time and suggested to change the bettery, while the electrician of the company checked the bettery and found it OK. If any of the product (inverter or bettery) is faulty, the company should either repair or change the same because the fault occured within warraty.
Till date no one visited to solve the problem.
