Their telephone is not wot working temporarily or always busy

Sir,

I am not been able to contact the Luxmi Tulsi Gas Agency, distributor of bharat gas in Rajahmundry since for the past 10 days over phone. They have two landline numbers. Whenever I tried to book gas refil cylinder for the past 10 days over phone, the reply was the phone is temporarily not working or always busy or simply only silence is the response. I dont know how they are serving the public. WHow to take action on them. Pl do the needful.
