PF not recived after submiting forms for 3 times

Hi Sir,

My self Maruti Ramesh Gavale and my PF Number: MH/41081/32756 . I was an employee of (Andromeda marketing pvt.ltd, Pune).

I had submite PF form in company three times from last 2 years but still am not getting my PF .Always saying its in process, even am not getting any correct information or help from company,

please kindly check status and revert me back ASAP.
