Sub: My FDR No. 98-25888/1 matured on 10/07/1999 for Rs. 15000/-

In spite of my several reminders & request, I have not yet received the maturity amount of the above FDR .

I have already submited the original certificate to their Kolkata Office on 30th July for getting FDR maturity amount.

We require your help to get the maturity amount,
